August 7th, 2025 at the University of Idaho - Sandpoint Organic Agriculture Center
Join us on Thursday, August 7 for the FARE Idaho Field to Fork Festival, Sandpoint, a full day dedicated to celebrating and strengthening North Idaho’s local food economy. Hosted by FARE Idaho, this gathering brings together farmers, ranchers, food producers, retailers, chefs, and community members to connect, collaborate, and explore how we can build a more resilient regional food system—together. The daytime festival is free and open to the public, with special access for buyers beginning at noon.

We’ll begin the evening with a cocktail hour beneath the apple trees—welcome drinks in hand, passed appetizers in motion, and the hum of conversation building as guests arrive. It’s a warm, relaxed introduction to what promises to be a night to remember.
From there, we’ll move to our tables—both round and long communal setups nestled throughout the orchard—for a multi-course dinner that captures the essence of North Idaho in the summer. Curated by some of the region’s most talented chefs, each dish will highlight seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, ranches, and artisans. Paired beverages, intentional storytelling, and a setting that blends elegance with authenticity make this a celebration of everything we’re working toward in our food system.
Whether you’re a producer, a buyer, a chef, or someone who simply values local food and meaningful connection, this is your invitation to end the day surrounded by the flavors, people, and purpose that make our community shine.
