Reko Rings (Food Pickups) in Idaho

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with RekoHub.com to establish local food pickups, also known as Reko Rings, across Idaho. This initiative is a significant step towards our mission at FARE Idaho: to support our local producers by creating direct pathways to market.

Our primary goal is to simplify the process for Idaho residents to find and purchase locally produced food directly from our farmers, ranchers, and producers. By launching numerous Reko Rings (food pickups) throughout the state, we aim to enhance accessibility and convenience for consumers, while providing a dependable and efficient market for our producers.

What is a Reko Ring?

A Reko Ring is similar to a pop-up, but without the hassle of predicting how much food to bring! Customers pre-order your product through the RekoHub online platform, which handles all the payment processing and inventory. You simply pack up your products and meet the customer at a designated place and time!

Is there a cost to participate?

There is no charge for sellers. $0/mo and $0 in sales commissions.

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in participating as a producer, please fill out this form. Once your information is received, a member of the Reko team will reach out to help you set up your profile and get started!

You can see how it works here with the Nampa Farmers Market, who is already using RekoHub to allow customers to place pre-orders for the market each week or click here to see some local reko rings in the Treasure Valley area. Or check out RekoHub in action below!
